South Of The Border

South Of The Border

Founded in 1947, South of the Border serves Southern staples, including crispy fried catfish, tasty fried pickles, and Southern fried chicken. Other options include steak, seafood, and Crawfish Nyma, named after Sarah Nyma who cooked it up years ago in the kitchen.

A full-service bar is available to pair beer, wine, and liquor beverages perfectly with guests’ entrees. A private dining room is also available for private events.

This historic art deco building can be spotted by its original neon sign shining for all to see.
